Acuity Law is pleased to have advised on the sale of Southampton-based lighting control developer Lite IP Limited (Lite IP).

Lite IP develops, manufactures and supplies wireless lighting control systems, and has an established portfolio of “smart lighting” products and applications. Acuity Law advised the founding members of Lite IP in connection with the sale of the company to the Glamox Luxonic Limited, a UK subsidiary of the “Glamox Group” which develops and manufactures lighting solutions worldwide.

David Lippold, founding shareholder of Lite IP, commented “Christian and his team provided unrivalled assistance and support throughout the transaction process. The team were always on-hand with commercially-intuitive advice and worked tirelessly towards meeting the tight transaction deadlines.

Corporate partner Christian Farrow led the transaction, with support from Bethan Cooke, Lowri Morgan-Macdonald, Chris Doherty and Dan Evans.
