Martin joined BPU in 2007 from a national practice, heading their tax team. His role involves dealing with the more complicated tax compliance matters and tax planning issues for clients, both corporate and personal. Martin focuses on helping owner-managed businesses and SME’s in a number of areas including mergers, acquisitions, extraction of funds, remuneration strategies, EIS schemes, succession planning, raising finance, property transactions and employee reward and retention.
