Chiara is an associate within the corporate and commercial team at Acuity Law. Her expertise includes mergers, acquisitions, disposals, banking and finance, and investments. Chiara has a particular focus on the healthcare sector and has worked with a range of healthcare clients on UK acquisitions, reorganisations, shareholder matters, and refinances. Chiara has worked on several banking and finance matters including a £45,000,000 refinance of a care provider, a $35,000,000 revolving credit facility for a technology company, and a £24,000,000 facility extension for a hospitality client.

Chiara has also built up a wide client base and has worked with a number of cross-border clients including acting on the sale of Bettingmetrics to Game Lounge in Sweden, acting on the sale of a leading sustainability consultancy in the Middle East, and working on a number of German-based land acquisition commercial projects. Chiara has also previously worked on the international sale of Harris Pye Engineering Group Limited to Joulon EU Acquisitions S.à.r.l.
