Elle joined the firm in March 2022 as a solicitor in the Corporate team.

She has experience in advising and assisting on a broad range of corporate transaction work including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, share transfers, shareholder agreements, investments, employee share option schemes and secured and unsecured loans.

  • Leading on and advising the trustees of small, self-administered pension schemes on secured loans to sponsoring employer companies.
