Emma qualified at Hugh James in July 2017. She joined Acuity’s real estate team as a Solicitor in December 2018 and became an Associate in July 2021.

She has experience in landlord and tenant law, real estate refinance and freehold and leasehold acquisitions. She also assists on a broad range of commercial property transactions.

  • Advised long-standing client Brickability Group plc on their acquisitions of McCann Limited and Bathroom Barn Limited, both closing in the space of one week
