  • Advising an international client who provides oil & gas services offshore in its breach of contract claim against a UAE based entity and the subsequent LCIA and ICC arbitration proceedings.
  • Attending High Court and Court of Appeal hearings on behalf of a devolved Government.
  • Defending a claim by a freight and logistics business which included a counterclaim valued in excess of £1m.
  • Acting on a contractual dispute involving shares listed on the US Stock Exchange.
  • Acting on a multi-million-pound contractual dispute which looked at whether a particular provision amounted to an unreasonable restraint on trade, and the associated Court of Appeal proceedings.
