Katie studied law at the University of Exeter and completed her LPC whilst with DAC Beachcroft.

She joined Acuity in 2020 and is currently working as a trainee in the employment department and will next be undertaking a seat in the property department. 

  • Part of the Acuity healthcare team that advised Portman Dental on the successful purchase of nine dental businesses within five weeks in England
  • Advised the founding shareholders of Jane IT in connection with the sale of the company to the Juniper Education group, a multi-national education support service provider with a growing portfolio of innovative software solutions
  • Advised Business Systems (U.K) Limited and its shareholders in connection with an investment by private equity house August Equity
