Madeleine joined the firm in 2016 and qualified into the firm’s corporate department in April 2018.

Her main role involves assisting on a range of areas including acquisitions and disposals, shareholders’ agreements and company formations which comprises drafting suites of documents, including sale and purchase agreements, disclosure letters and board minutes and resolutions.

Madeleine is also involved day-to-day in the sale and purchase of dental practices, partnerships and expense sharing arrangements, acting for both buyers and sellers.

She also assists regularly in the property aspects of wider corporate transactions, including commercial lettings, acquisitions and disposals.
