Yannick is a senior associate in Acuity’s employment practice. Yannick trained and qualified with Clyde & Co in London and practised in the firm’s Dubai office for six years. He then worked for Addleshaw Goddard in Dubai prior to relocating to Cardiff.

He has extensive experience in advising major national and international corporate clients on the full range of issues throughout the employment cycle, including the implementation of employment contracts and policies, assisting employers with managing disciplinaries and grievances and advising on the termination of employment. 

Yannick prioritises building strong relationships with clients and focuses on providing employers with clear and practical advice in order to address their employment law issues.
