Damien has a strong track record in advising housing and healthcare companies on their property development opportunities. As well as strong technical legal skills, Damien brings a wealth of commercial experience.

  • Advising Community Homes of Intensive Care Limited on the property elements of its disposal to iCON Infrastructure in a deal worth over £150 million
  • Advising Rightacres on the development, funding and disposal of an office block at the Central Square development to Credit Suisse in a transaction worth in excess of £50 million
  • Advising LifeCare Residences Limited on existing and future luxury retirement villages in London and the South East
  • Leading on the property acquisition programme for Portman Healthcare Limited in connection with its growing NHS business
