Jared is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution department and has experience in all forms of general commercial and corporate disputes. In particular, he has worked on a number of high- value professional negligence, breach of contract, and director and shareholder disputes. He also regularly acts for insolvency practitioners, including claims against former directors. Jared has experience in both the High Court and Court of Appeal.

  • Acting on a multi-million-pound professional negligence claim against a law firm for their failure to secure the renewal of a lease with security of tenure under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
