Acuity Law is delighted to welcome Steven Conybeare to its Acuity Consult community.

Steven is a hands-on international business lawyer, specialising in all aspects of commercial and transaction advisory services, covering Commercial Contracts, Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Information Technology and Private Equity/Venture Capital and Oil & Gas Investments, management and operations. Steven regularly manages a multi-disciplinary range of professionals to execute domestic and cross-border transactions as well as designing and implementing optimised corporate structures for international clients.

In 1997 Steven set up a boutique law firm servicing a wide portfolio of clients in the UK and CEE. Steven has a solid foundation of business experience and legal expertise, with almost 30 years of legal experience, and provides a premium service to sophisticated clients in whatever industry they may be succeeding.

Steven has been a director of several client and independent companies, gaining first-hand experience of business life, but he also undertakes several social and charitable pro bono activities. He has recently retired as the chairman of the Supervisory Board of a Hungarian registered charity, the Robert Burns International Foundation.
