Acuity Law announces its latest promotions

Acuity Legal is marking the end of another successful year with a series of staff promotions. Jon Lawley and Aisha Wardell have both been made up to partners, while Ben Honour has been promoted to senior associate.

Jon, who joined Acuity in 2008 and trained with the firm, works in its corporate team and specialises in share and business sales and acquisitions in the healthcare and dental sector. Jon was shortlisted for Young Dealmaker of the Year at the Insider Wales Dealmakers Awards in September 2018.

Having joined the firm’s dispute resolution team in 2016, Aisha handles high-value and complex commercial disputes across the UK and internationally. In the 2017 edition of The Legal 500 UK, Aisha was recognised for being ‘eminently capable of mixing it with larger firms in big-ticket cases‘, and in November 2018 Aisha featured in the WalesOnline list of top 30 young lawyers to watch.

Ben has been with Acuity since 2013 and advises on all aspects of real estate work, particularly development and regeneration schemes.

Rachelle Sellek, managing partner at Acuity Legal, said: “It is really inspiring to see the flourishing talent in our business. These lawyers are making their mark because they share our passion for excellence and innovation in service delivery. I congratulate them all for the valuable contribution they are making to the continued growth of our business.”
